You need 

Glass bowl

160oc oven 

Oven mits 

Record

First you need to put the Record on the glass bowl and put it in the oven untill it flops. When it flops you bring it out of the oven and put the oven mits on and push it down. Let it cool for 30s and take it out do not put it in the sun or it will mount .
